When we communicate openly, cooperation flows naturally and helps us work together toward a shared purpose. We have an inner and an outer communication system to help us.
Inner Communication – Listening to Intuition
Our inner communication system is commonly referred to as intuition. We experience our intuition in multiple ways, such as a “gut feeling” or a “hunch” about something. We may see a picture in our mind’s eye, or hear them through an “inner voice”, or maybe we just know something, but don’t know how we know. This inner guidance is one of the ways our angels reach us. Everyone has their own team of angels. It is natural for little children to communicate with angels, and often parents hope the kids will grow out of talking to these “imaginary friends”.
We are in partnership with our angels our whole life, whether we are aware of it or not. The more we understand how our angels communicate, the better the partnership. As we become more attuned to collaborating with our angels, we trust ourselves more, and life begins to flow with greater ease and simplicity.
To paraphrase Andrew Carnegie, a famous industrialist and philanthropist, teamwork is the fuel that allows common people to attain uncommon results. When we unite our energy with our team of angels, that same truth applies – our combined efforts can accomplish far more than we might imagine alone.
External Communication – Working with Others
Our external communication system is how we connect within society through the written or spoken word, sign language or pictures. Whether we are collaborating with our guidance or with others in society, it always goes smoothly when we know what we want and why we want it. Clarity of direction is the fuel for effective communication, uniting a team to coordinate what needs to be done, when and by whom. You cannot put the cart before the horse and expect to get where you are going.
Working together to implement our plans requires a lot of patience, communication, evaluation, and adjusting each step of the way. Whether we are coordinating the family schedule or building a skyscraper, the same principles apply. The success of our collaborations is influenced by how well we communicate with ourselves and others.
Like our outer communication, collaborating with our angels plays an important part in our daily lives. They are our personal team of loving experts, always ready to help guide us toward success and fulfillment.

One simple way to deepen this partnership is to take a few quiet moments to reflect on the week ahead. Write down what you’d like to experience and why it feels meaningful to you. Each day, notice what has unfolded, appreciate what you’ve accomplished, and set your intention for what comes next. In doing so, your plan becomes a gentle message or conversation with your angels—a loving signal that you’re open and ready to work together. The more consistent we are, the easier it becomes to notice their support and recognize their hand in smoothing the way.
Cooperation, whether with others or with our angels, has the power to bring out the very best in us. Together we are stronger and can go farther.
